This Privacy Policy explains how Simplitas, part of tenXis Inc ("Simplitas", "tenXis Inc", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services (the "Service").

Who we are

Simplitas is a product of tenXis Inc, 307 W 38th St, 16th Floor PMB 430, New York, NY 10018, USA.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, organization, authentication identifiers.
• Usage data: app interactions, pages viewed, features used, device/browser information, IP address, timestamps.
• Content data: text and files you submit to the Service.
• Support and communications: messages sent to us (including via chat), feedback, and survey responses.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we receive limited billing metadata (no full card numbers).
• Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used for session management, analytics, chat, security, and affiliate attribution.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users, personalize experiences, and provide support.
• Measure performance and understand product usage.
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of our own advertising, for example whether a LinkedIn ad led to a sign-up or demo request.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. You can manage preferences in your browser settings; rejecting some cookies may impact functionality.

• Strictly necessary: essential for login and core functionality.
• Functional and support: chat widget and similar tools to assist you.
• Analytics: measure usage to improve the product.
• Attribution: affiliate cookies to credit referrals (typically 30-day window).
• Advertising measurement: the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which tells us which LinkedIn ads led to visits and sign-ups.

Vendors we use

• Authentication: an authentication provider that manages sign-in and account features.
• Analytics: a product analytics provider (US). We record anonymized and, for signed-in users, identified product events.
• Chat support: a live chat provider that stores conversation history and sets cookies to maintain sessions.
• Security and abuse prevention: a device identification provider. We may set a cookie to help protect accounts and our Service.
• Affiliate platform: We use an affiliate platform at affiliates.simplitas.com for application, tracking, and attribution.
• Advertising measurement: LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company for the EEA/UK, LinkedIn Corporation elsewhere). See "Advertising measurement with LinkedIn" below.
• Cloud/hosting and related infrastructure providers.

How we share information

• Service providers and processors that help deliver the Service under appropriate data protection terms.
• Legal and compliance: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information.

Advertising measurement with LinkedIn

When you sign up, request a demo, enter your email into one of our free tools, or become a customer, we may send LinkedIn a record of that event through the LinkedIn Conversions API. The record contains your email address in hashed (SHA-256) form, the type and time of the event, and, where we have them, your first and last name, job title, company name, and the value of a purchase. LinkedIn uses it to match the event to a LinkedIn member and tell us, in aggregate, which of our ad campaigns led to it, and to improve how those campaigns are delivered. We do not receive any LinkedIn profile data back.

In the EEA and UK we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising. You can object at any time by emailing support@simplitas.com, and we will stop sending your events to LinkedIn. You can also control ad personalization in your LinkedIn settings. LinkedIn's handling of this data is described in the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. US residents can opt out of this sharing, which some state laws treat as sharing for targeted advertising, using the same email address.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may transfer information internationally. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
